Ok. So this is just a little thing for those who have trouble with all that lacy/ruffle business :D I’ve been practicing since middle school and actually never read any guides of anything on how to really get RUFFLE ruffles, which made me sad. Hopefully it’ll be useful to some folks.

(and sorry it’s so messy…..the back pages showed up ;____; )

And yeah I was going to mention this whole thing about skill and personal ambition but basically

don’t try and copy the stuff on here exactly. It’ll mess you up big time. Rather use it as a starting off point/something to help explain it, ok?

now in my own head cannon martin is a pegasi who cant “fly” fly per say he can actually fly for a minute and it exhausts him but hes able to hover for a long time and tends to do that instead. When he was younger like scootaloo he couldn’t fly at all just hover for a while but with enough training and pushing himself hes able to fly but its very hard for him. When he has very strong emotions like pure joy, surprised fury, and being scared his wings go in humming bird mode since he can’t fly he uses clouds to fly around Equestria using his wings to propel him

i’m not exactly happy with his cutie mark i wanted it to represent how even though he can’t fly hes still able to understand how to make the best of his situation. so his special talent is making the best out of hard situations and all i could think of was a cloud with wings flying since he discovered this when he started using a cloud to fly around and just propelled it with his wings…yeah i may re do it later
